Reimagined Staging, investment $1/square foot

Saving the sellers time + cost, Reimagined Staging will repurpose + reposition a home owner's existing furniture, art + accessories throughout the home to create a look more appealing and inviting to potential buyers.


After a initial consultation + inventory of the home, the seller will be given some small tasks to help clear up the rooms. When ready, our team will return to rearrange and transform the space with the remaining pieces making the home ready for listing photos + showings to buyers. If needed, we'll even bring in a few extra pieces that will be loaned to home for the duration of the listing.


As an added bonus, you'll have the option to have the designer prep + style the home the day of photography or showing to help make each room show it's best.

Hidden Potential Design Service, investment $950

Using the discerning eye + presentation tools of a professional designer, both buyers + sellers benefit from this service. Without any renovations needed, a complete visual presentation with beautiful hand drawn color renderings, written design concept + estimated remodeling costs will be created to show buyers what a home could look like with renovations + a facelift.


Benefitting everyone, this service opens the doors of homes to buyers that otherwise couldn't see past the outdated interiors... Even when you know it would be perfect for them! And to a seller, this service saves them the time + cost of renovations which allows you to list + sell their home faster.


In addition to the visual presentation, the designer will walk the home with a potential home buyer to help them fully understand the vision + answer any questions they have.


Adding true luxury to a listing, you will provide a custom and personal design service of a professional interior designer to your clients that they may have imagined out of their reach before.

STEP ONE 

Designer will have an Initial consult + walk through of home with realtor and/or seller. The seller will be given small tasks to clear + clean up the space.


STEP TWO

Once the home has been prepped by the homeowner, designer + team will return to move their existing furniture around + style the home for listing photography + showings. 


With this service, the designer will also return to refresh the staging prior to a showing or photography if desired.

STEP ONE 

Designer will have an Initial consult + walk through of home with realtor and/or seller. During this time, designer will evaluate the overall design function of the home + listen to feedback.


STEP TWO

Designer will draft a new plan of the home solving the major problems within the space. 3 - 4 key viewpoints will then be selected + a professional interiors artist will create beautiful concept renderings to showcase the redesigned home.


STEP THREE

Designer will return to you a presentation PDF that can be printed or emailed to potential buyers. The presentation will include the concept renderings, a write up the overall design concept + an estimated budget for the remodel.
